PET Bottle Washing Recycling Line
PET bottle washing line is mainly used to recycle PET bottle flakes from old PET bottles for other post pelletizing processes. The PET pellets obtained after the SSP process can be directly contacted with the blow molding packaging of food.

Belt conveyor
Used to convey PET bottle waste to the label remover or crusher in the back-end equipment.
Bale opener
Breaks down batches of compressed and packaged PET bottles to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of subsequent sieving, de-labeling, crushing and other processes.
Trommel
In the rotating drum, the bottles will rotate forward while sifting out small stones and hard metal objects that are trapped to avoid damaging the subsequent equipment.
De-labeling machine
The label remover in a PET bottle washing line serves to efficiently strip labels from PET bottles, ensuring the purity of the PET flakes for recycling.
PET bottle buffer silo
For temporary storage of de-labeled PET bottles.
Manual Sorting Platform
The manual sorting platform in a PET bottle washing line is essential for removing missed impurities, ensuring the purity of PET flakes for recycling.
Crusher machine
Used for crushing PET bottles into 12-18mm pieces.
Washing tank
Separates PET materials from other low density materials by the buoyancy of water, and also has a certain cleaning and rinsing function.
Hot washer
The hot washer functions is thoroughly cleanse PET bottles using heated water or steam, effectively removing contaminants and residues, thus preparing the bottles for further processing and recycling.
Centrifugal dryer
The centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation removes most of the water from the material.
Zig-zag dryer system
Heating of the air in the pipeline to further reduce the moisture content of the material.
Label separator
Is responsible for efficiently removing labels from PET bottles, ensuring the purity of the PET flakes intended for recycling.
Color /material sorter
The color sorter and material sorter in a PET washing line are crucial for improving the quality of recycled PET flakes by removing colored impurities and separating different plastics, respectively.
Silo
For storage of clean and dry PET flakes.

For controlling the washing line and observing the operation of each piece of machine.
