HW49 Chemical Barrel Washing Line

Our specialized HW49 Chemical Barrel washing line is designed for reprocessing and cleaning various sizes HDPE material bottles. The process includes bale opening, crushing, continuous washing, and drying using friction washing and a dewatering dryer.

The final flakes, with less than 1% humidity, can be directly used in our plastic granulator to make pellets. Our automated plastic oil pot recycling equipment, ranging from 1000kg/h to 3000kg/h capacity, minimizes labor costs.
