Plastic PP/HDPE Solid Waste Washing Line

Our specialized HDPE PP recycling line is designed for reprocessing and cleaning HDPE bottles, pails, barrels, and PP pipes. The process includes bale opening, crushing, continuous washing, and drying using friction washing and a dewatering dryer.

The final flakes, with less than 1% humidity, can be directly used in our plastic granulator to make pellets. Our automated HDPE PP rigid recycling equipment, ranging from 1000kg/h to 3000kg/h capacity, minimizes labor costs.

Belt conveyor

Used to convey PP/HDPE solid waste materials to the crusher in the back-end equipment

Plastic crusher

Used for crushing PP/HDPE solid waste into 10-20mm flakes

Screw feeder

This equipment is used to transport the rinsed material to the rear equipment

Floating tank

It is used to rinse the material for the first time to separate the sediment impurities in the material

Friction washer

Used to rinse the rinsed material with high pressure water, high speed scrubbing and conveying to the rear equipment

De-water machine

he centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation removes most of the water from the material

Zig-zag dryer system

Heating of the air in the pipeline to further reduce the moisture content of the material

Silo

For storage of clean and dry plastic film flaks

Control cabinet

For controlling the washing line and observing the operation of each piece of machine
